The Dean of International Peace Prize (DOIPP)

The award division of World Without Anger(WWA) is pleased to announce that they are accepting the nominations of deserving individuals for the Dean of International Peace Prize (DOIPP).

 

What WWA works for?

WWA has been working for the good of humanities to maintain peace and cultivate harmony in the Nepalese communities and also in other parts of the world. It was started under the leadership of a brilliant American psychologist, Dr. Dean Van Leuven, and now the work of our organization has significantly contributed to the social and emotional growth of Nepalese and world society.

- Individuals with a history of remarkable contributions in the past in these areas.

- Years in a leading role to maintain peace and social harmony.

- Solid and continuous efforts to cultivate positive understanding and mental health wellbeing.

- Leadership individuals associated with reputed organizations that have made significant contributions in these fields.

- Intellectuals and thinkers who have contributed and/or implemented positive and harmonious changes in our society

The person who deserves this award should be someone who has richly contributed in areas such as, emotional intelligence, peace/positive psychology, and psycho-social well being anywhere in our world society. The prize is presented at their annual conference, next on July 23rd, 2016 in Kathmandu by WWA, in association with World Emotional Literacy League, in honor of Dr. Dean Van Leuven (the Dean of Peace) Founder of World Emotional Literacy League and Founding Sponsor of World Without Anger (WWA).

The person who deserves this award should be someone who has richly contributed in areas such as, emotional intelligence, peace/positive psychology, and psycho-social well being anywhere in our world society. The prize is presented at their annual conference, next on July 23rd, 2016 in Kathmandu by WWA, in association with World Emotional Literacy League, in honor of Dr. Dean Van Leuven (the Dean of Peace) Founder of World Emotional Literacy League and Founding Sponsor of World Without Anger (WWA).

How to nominate a recipient?

Nominations should include curriculum vitae and a letter limited to 300 words, recognizing the individual who has made notable contributions to the integration of theory and practice in the field of emotional intelligence, peace / positive psychology, and/or psychosocial wellbeing in the world.
